Brilliant coat which can be turned into a gilet. AS a coat it's padded, and the outer shell is a lovely blue and white polka dot design. Lined in a red fabric, this coat has a hood, which can be detached. The hood also has a fur trim which can be attached with thick silver poppers. The hood can be removed, as can the arms to turn the coat into a padded gilet. The zips that attach the arms are concealed under the blue polka dot fabric. This is a pre-loved item from Boden and is in a very good condition. The outer shell and the interior lining are all made from 100% polyester. The fur trim on the hood is made from 65% acrylic and 35% modacrylic.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Orders placed before 1.00pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, stock levels permitting. At certain times of the year, or during promotional periods, we may take slightly longer but will try our best to avoid this.

We will always package your item/s carefully and securely. As an environmentally-conscious company, we endeavour to use as much recycled packaging as possible.
HOW DO I ARRANGE A RETURN/REFUND?
We offer refunds or exchanges on unused or unworn items (except nail polish) within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange/refund, you must email us to confirm the return and the item must be returned unused and unworn, in the same condition that you received it, within the timeframe above.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item and all shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrect when dispatched by us).
If you are returning an item over £20, you should consider using tracked shipping.
MY ITEM HASN’T ARRIVED, WHAT SHALL I DO?
First of all, please check that you entered your address correctly on your order. You can find it in your order confirmation email. Secondly, please check that you haven’t received a card from the postal service or courier. Failing that, please consider asking your neighbours or local sorting office to see if it’s hiding there. If after that, you still have no luck, please let us know and we’ll do our best to help.
MY ITEM IS DAMAGED, WHAT SHALL I DO?
We take our packaging seriously, however, accidents sometimes unfortunately happen. If your item has been damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible at email@example.com, sending photos of the damaged packaging and item/s. We will then contact you to confirm next steps.
