Product Description

Super soft navy hoody from Cath Kidston. Fleece lining which is also in the same navy and very cosy. There is a multicoloured embroidered word detail to the back in the word ‘Smile’ and there’s a little ladybird as the dot if the ‘i’. There are deep ribbed trims to the cuffs and waistband which is predominantly navy but completed with a trim of three colours: red, purple and yellow. Grey / silver zip to the front opening with red fabric pull. Deep pockets to the front and there’s an embroidered ladybird to the top side at the chest area. This item was purchased as pre loved but is new with the original tags attached. Fabric is 100% cotton to the outer side of the hooded top and the lining is 100% polyester.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Orders placed before 1.00pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, stock levels permitting.  At certain times of the year, or during promotional periods, we may take slightly longer but will try our best to avoid this.

Sorry, but we cannot be held responsible for missing packages sent on our standard shipping service. If you require a tracked service (recommended), please select this at checkout.

HOW WILL MY ITEM BE PACKAGED?

We will always package your item/s carefully and securely. As an environmentally-conscious company, we endeavour to use as much recycled packaging as possible.

HOW DO I ARRANGE A RETURN/REFUND?

We offer refunds or exchanges on unused or unworn items (except nail polish) within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange/refund, you must email us to confirm the return and the item must be returned unused and unworn, in the same condition that you received it, within the timeframe above.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item and all shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrect when dispatched by us).

If you are returning an item over £20, you should consider using tracked shipping.

MY ITEM HASN’T ARRIVED, WHAT SHALL I DO?

First of all, please check that you entered your address correctly on your order. You can find it in your order confirmation email. Secondly, please check that you haven’t received a card from the postal service or courier. Failing that, please consider asking your neighbours or local sorting office to see if it’s hiding there. If after that, you still have no luck, please let us know and we’ll do our best to help.

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED, WHAT SHALL I DO?

We take our packaging seriously, however, accidents sometimes unfortunately happen. If your item has been damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible at hello@yourtribe.co.uk, sending photos of the damaged packaging and item/s. We will then contact you to confirm next steps.
